We simply provide you with this great automation tool and we are not responsible for it's misuse.

A Word On Spamming

We understand that Craigslist is a powerful marketplace for finding targeted clients. It's important that we do our part to keep it that way. Spamming multiple ads to the users of Craigslist will actually hurt your business and reduce the effectiveness of your campaigns. Spam makes it harder for users to find value in Craigslist. Your goal should be to reach as many customers as you can, but not to inundate them to the point that you appear untrustworthy or overly pushy.

Updates

It's important to remember that both Craigslist's and eBay's requirements often change and when this happens, we must make modifications to our software in order to keep it functioning. That implies that you will need to download updates from time to time. The CraigsAgent development team will alert you when this is necessary. These updates are always free!

Down Time

Occasionally outside sources put pressure on our infrastructure, like the companies who host our email and web servers. When this happens, our site goes down. But we are not gone, we work hard and fast to find new hosting and make our online services available again. We send email to our customers when this happens and provide temporary alternate support email addresses to use to contact us and to download replacement copies of your software. When this happens, your software will NOT be affected

Refunds

We will issue you a refund if the software fails to work on a PC of your choice that conforms to the minimum system requirements. PLEASE NOTE: You have 3 days from your date of purchase to let us know if the software is not functioning properly on your computer. After those 3 days have passed, we will still be glad to help you get it fixed but we will NOT issue a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a PC that meets the minimum system requirements before placing your order. We ask that you allow us due diligence to correct any problems you may be having on your particular operating system. It's extremely rare that we cannot fix your problem. Supported operating systems are Windows XP, 2000 and Vista.
